Thanks again for a truly wonderful weekend in Piemonte. We enjoyed it enormously. Whilst we knew that we couldn’t go far wrong with a weekend of walking, eating and drinking in Piemonte, the weekend exceeded even our expectations.  Dogliani was an ideal location for visiting the area and the Pecchenino bed and breakfast was superb, offering breathtaking views and some excellent wines. Your choice of restaurants was spot on and Cinzia’s picnic lunches, with home-cooked local specialties and a mouthwatering selection of cheeses, really took the concept of a picnic to a new level.  We very much enjoyed James’ choice of wines and felt like we learnt a lot as well as tasting a lot! Meeting Giancarlo and learning about truffle hunting was great, even though we weren’t lucky enough to find any ourselves. 

You were both excellent hosts, sharing your knowledge and expertise in an interesting and entertaining way, taking us on wonderful walks and helping us all the enjoy the best of what Piemonte has to offer. We really enjoyed meeting you and hope to book another of your tours one day soon.  We would (and already have) recommend your services to anyone looking for a holiday combining the pleasures of consuming delicious food and wine, then walking it off afterwards in stunning countryside!
