Maison Flipot was a staple destination on the quality restaurant circuit for in-the-know Piemontesi. Footballers and managers from the nearby Juventus and Toro clubs would regularly be seen here.
It closed its doors after 2008 and lay empty for several years, before the current owners took over.
With its timeless elegance and charm, a beautiful courtyard garden, superb restaurant and extensive cellars, it is certainly worth staying at least a couple of nights.
